MCP is a modern and growing software company with currently 25 employees and a clear focus: In Austria and Germany, we are the leading provider of Opcenter APS production planning software, a Siemens product. Based on this standard software, we design and develop powerful planning tools for industrial groups and optimise business processes. We are the exclusive implementation partner for FuturMaster in Germany and Austria – corporations such as Heineken and L’Oréal rely on this flexible tool to optimise their supply chain. In addition, our own software products, which we offer as a complement to Opcenter, round out our portfolio.

Your Skills

  • You have a university degree, feel comfortable in technical environments and have a good understanding of business administration
  • Ideally, you have previous experience in industry and supply chain projects
  • You have already gained solid experience in agile projects
  • You enjoy challenging tasks and are eager to learn
  • You are able to communicate and work with customers and colleagues in a goal-oriented manner
  • You are business fluent in German and have very good English skills

Your Tasks at MCP

  • As a project manager, you will oversee all phases of implementation – in addition to technical implementation, change management is also an essential part of your role
  • Your work will improve our customers’ processes and production and enable ‘production without waste’
  • In an agile development process, you will work closely with our customers from various industries, including mechanical engineering, food, electronics, industrial printing and medical technology.
  • You will moderate and manage a project team of highly qualified employees.
  • You will give the team the freedom to take responsibility, realise their potential and lead tailor-made customer projects to success.
